Systems monitors by our control room are reported as faults the minute they happen, not the following morning, which delivers a response 'the next working day.'

We track every maintenance contract and call to successful completion, all you receive is a report letting you know everything is done, no need to chase up installers, contractors, electricians, or civil engineers, VSG Managed Maintenance Contract delivers the whole package.

The engineers report is sent through to VSG electronically and we add this to our report, we keep security and facilities on-site up to date of any outstanding issues and relative reaction dates for subsequent visits to site by engineers.

Where our contractors have electronic engineer management systems, VSG have direct access to this and enter work directly onto the systems, ensuring the earliest notification and allocation of resource to you.
