To that end we have invested significantly in the development of a training school which not only provides new recruits with the necessary induction training but provides all our staff with the opportunity to develop skills and improve performance. In this way we ensure that we only have the highest calibre of personnel representing our name and providing you with the very best of security services.

All training by VSG for our Security Officers has been tailored to meet and exceed the requirements of the forthcoming industry regulations. As a result of our achievements in the field of training, VSG have gained the prestigious award granted by Skills for Security for the company demonstrating the most "Outstanding Training Practice" within an organisation for 2 out of the last 3 years.

The quality of training provided by our Training School has proved to be the best in the industry and we are happy to announce that this facility is available to any organisation wishing to develop internal skills from security and safety procedures to personal development.

VSG fully supports all training for licensing purposes for all Security Officers that are employed by VSG.

Licensing comes into effect on 1st March 2006. The licensing process is currently being rolled out and Security Officers will be contacted on an individual basis.
